Submit your Presentation File and Pre-recorded Video

All presenting delegates/authors to the Congress are requested to upload their final presentation file. Virtual-only presenters are also invited to submit a pre-recorded video of their presentation, which will serve as back-up in case of technical difficulties and problems during the virtual only sessions. In-person attendees DO NOT need to upload a pre-recorded video.

Please find below the instructions for the submission of 1) presentation file (in .ppt or .pdf in 16:9 slide format) and/or 2) pre-recorded video file (in .mp4)


  • 20 October 2021 (10:00 PM UTC): Submission deadline for the presentation file and/or pre-recorded video of virtual-only delegates scheduled to present in one of the virtual-only parallel sessions on 28-29 October 2021 and 9 November 2021.
  • 31 October 2021 (10:00 PM UTC): Submission deadline for the presentation file of in-person congress delegates scheduled to present in one of the in-person parallel sessions in Doha, Qatar on 8-11 November 2021

1. To upload your files, please first log in to your account and select "My Abstracts" on your Dashboard.

2. Afterwards, select the "Submission Title" whereby the "Submission Status" is "Accepted". 

4. You will then be redirected to the page where you can upload your pre-recorded video and presentation files. 

5. You will not receive an automated notification after you have uploaded your files. You will know that the file upload is successful when you see "View Attachment" as below.
