Abstract
Urban green space system is a special plan to implement or supplement the overall plan and rationally arrange the spatial pattern of urban green space. Under the background of ecological civilization, green space system planning has become one of the important special plans to practice the theory of two mountains and guide urban construction. However, most of the existing researches on urban green space system are incremental researches under the guidance of "supply", and rarely consider the negative impact of the actual demand on the green space system under the change of local human value orientation. These negative effects of local "demand" directly affect the quality of "supply" benefits provided by urban ecosystem services. The mismatch and imbalance of "supply and demand" in the spatial region leads to the passivity and blindness of local planning management. This phenomenon is most obvious in the green space system construction of small and medium-sized cities where ecological land and construction land are staggered. Taking Shimen County of Hunan province as an example, this paper discusses the idea of optimizing the leading function of urban green space system based on human demand. Starting from technical methods, people's psychological cognition and behavior guidance, from people's needs, master planning will complement, special planning will connect and control planning and urban design guidance and optimization, in order to establish the "indicators - measures layout" system. By supporting spatial planning decisions, the negative effects can be effectively controlled, the value of ecological services of local units can be optimized and the services of urban green space system can be improved to achieve the unified goal.
